1. Prepare for a good morning. Sleep is essential for us humans, and we should get 7 to 9 hours of good-quality sleep. So try not to sacrifice those precious hours to some activities you usually indulge in, like reading or watching a show, until wee hours in the morning.

No need to go to bed especially early, it’s more important that you start preparing for night time and waking up at the same time (weekends included).

2. Love your gut. Did you know that 70% of your body’s immune system is located in your gut? This impacts virtually everything in you and about you, including how stressed and what mood you are.

That is why it’s important to ensure the good kind of bacteria in your gut have proper nutrients to feed on. Eat foods high in fiber and avoid processed foods, also, consider adding some probiotics into your diet.
